REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF ORDER IS CANCELED BEFORE DELIVERY.  

We do personal shopping for all custom baskets.  If after the basket is delivered and you call for a refund as the party we delivered the basket to has either checked out or refused delivery, we will pick the basket up and issue a refund less all costs to us for shopping for the custom ITEMS and for two way delivery both to place of delivery and for picking up the basket. The other costs of the basket will be refunded.

If you want the basket shipped to the person or to you we will charge your card for shipping charges and ship.

FEES: DELIVERY: $10.00

           PERSONAL SHOPPING: $25.00 PER HOUR ON RETURNS.

           No charge for personal shopping unless returned.
